Two car parks (Parkhaus Leimgruben and Ruchfeld) with paid parking spaces are available on the site. The Ruchfeld car park is located directly at the building (5-minute walk). A visitor parking space is available at the property.

Access to the commercial building is via a few steps. The vertical circulation with stairwell, passenger lift and goods lift also allows office use with a commercial character. The loading ramp outside the building enables goods handling for smaller trucks.
