In the building with the city's oldest illuminated sign, we rent a partially heritage-protected office space by arrangement, which is currently still under renovation. What you can expect: The rooms marked as Office 2 & 3 on the plan are listed and were renovated in careful collaboration as follows: - Restored, original parquet floors - Connecting door between the rooms Office 1 on the plan: Here we can offer you a say regarding flooring, electrical installations and ceilings. There is the possibility to provide cooling for the space (tenant fit-out). Ventilation/air-conditioning will be provided until the start of the rental period. The toilet facility marked in green belongs to the rental area; the accessible (IV) WC can be shared. The images in the attachment are for illustrative/sample purposes only.
