All existing spaces have been leased and with the new construction of the Kestenholz Mercedes Truck Center a milestone was achieved in the future-oriented repurposing of the former Schindler-Waggon factory site. Recently the contracts for the new Kestenholz Mercedes passenger car center were signed and, in connection with this, the Magnet site has also become the new location for the Kestenholz Classic Center with showroom and workshop. The site is home to companies from a wide range of industries; due to Kestenholz's involvement, a focal point is "Automotive".
